UPDATE: The teen was found Wednesday morning down an embankment in the aback yard of the home he was staying at on Wildwood Lane of SR 682.
He was taken to O’Bleness Hospital and then flown by medical helicopter to a Columbus hospital. His condition is not available.
Athens County sheriff’s deputies and area firefighters are searching for a missing teen.
Sheriff Pat Kelly says 18-year-old Pawel Parkinson called 911 last night claiming he had overdosed and was going into the woods.
Deputies and firemen searched the woods off of State Route 682 in the lower Plains Tuesday night with no results. The search is continuing Wednesday morning.
Kelly says Parkinson was last seen Tuesday at 7:00pm wearing blue jeans and a yellow t-shirt.
