Athens Police are investigating a report of a break-in at a Columbus Road motel.
Police say two men forced their way into an occupied room at the Sunset Motel last night, stole items and fled.
One suspect is described as white, 25-30 years old; 5’7” to 5’8”; 180lbs, light brown hair (crew cut), light brown goatee, wearing jeans and a white long sleeve T-shirt.
The second man is described as six-feet tall, 180 pounds and was wearing black pants and a black shirt.
The case remains under investigation and anyone with information should call police at 592-3313, or Crime Solvers anonymous 593-3331.
