A New Marshfield woman has been flown to a West Virginia hospital following a crash around 8:45 Monday morning on US 50 between Athens and Albany.
The State Highway Patrol says 62-year-old Phyllis Love drove her car from Radford Road into the path of a car traveling southbound on US 50.
Love, the wife of Pastor Willard Love, was taken to O’Bleness Hospital. She was then flown by Medflight to Saint Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, where she was in critical but stable conditon Tuesday morning
The patrol says the driver of the other car, 44-year-old Gene Graham, and a passenger, 42-year-old Lorina Bissel, were taken to O’Bleness Hospital with
non-incapacitating injuries. The hospital has no listing for the Pomeroy residents.
