The Ohio University Police Department is requesting your information regarding an arson that occurred at the Ohio University Convocation Center, located at 95 Richland Ave., Athens. During the early morning hours on Saturday, October, 20th, officers were dispatched to the area after receiving an activated fire alarm. Further investigation revealed that one of the pull stations had been pulled on the third floor lobby area and several of the “No Smoking” signs had been lit on fire. [more...]
