The Cincinnati Bengals fell to the Cleveland Browns yesterday, 34-24. The Bengals got on the board first when Andy Dalton found Jermaine Gresham for a 55-yard touchdown pass. The Browns would respond when Brandon Weeden went long for Josh Gordon on a 71-yard touchdown pass. But the Bengals answered right back to take the lead into the half as A.J. Green snagged a four yard touchdown catch. However, Cleveland would come storming back in the second half, cutting the lead to one on two Phil Dawson field goals, before a Montario Hardesty one-yard touchdown plunge. Mike Nugent brought the game within three, but that would be as close as it got. Weeden found Ben Watson from three yards out for a score and Sheldon Brown took a Dalton interception back 19-yards for a pick six. Cleveland is now 1-5 on the season while Cincinnati falls to 3-3. Cleveland heads to Indianapolis next week and the Bengals will host rival Pittsburgh on Sunday night. The game can be heard on 970 WATH with pregame at 6:50 and kickoff at 8:20.
